For me, UX design is about crafting seamless interactions and intuitive information flows. I shape processes to align with business needs using design thinking and the double diamond framework. Lately, I’ve been fascinated by a shift from user-centered to practice-centered design—focusing on real-world behaviors rather than just individual needs.

I blend qualitative and quantitative research to uncover deep insights. My experience ranges from in-depth interviews and ethnographic studies to usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and even experimental methods like the Wizard of Oz technique. Each approach helps me bridge the gap between user expectations and business goals.

With experience in both the multicultural Netherlands and international corporate environments, I’ve gained unique insight into how different cultures perceive interfaces and prioritize features. Understanding these nuances allows me to design products that resonate across diverse audiences.

Grounded in Norman Nielsen Group training, university research, and industry projects, my approach to service design focuses on the entire journey—identifying pain points, streamlining processes, and enhancing experiences at every touchpoint. To me, service design isn’t just about fixing issues; it’s about crafting solutions that work seamlessly across digital and physical spaces.
