I combine data and empathy to uncover what really matters. Whether through interviews, ethnographic fieldwork, or experimental tools like Wizard of Oz, my research bridges the gap between what users expect and what businesses need to deliver. I believe in insight that sparks action.

Cultural nuance changes everything. Working across borders taught me how design needs to shift with the people it serves — from layout expectations to what “intuitive” really means. I make sure products feel local, even when they’re global.

Good service design is invisible—it just flows. Trained by the Nielsen Norman Group and shaped by academic and industry projects, I approach service design as a full-journey discipline. My focus? Smooth touchpoints, reduced friction, and experiences that work online, offline, and in between.
